Our pre-close-up evidence service records agreed work stages, including partition framing, service routes, insulation and junction details where accessible. Each record is indexed to a room, area or drawing reference, with outstanding checks carried forward to the project team.

Visual evidence reports cover the agreed scope and accessible work. They support quality assurance; they do not certify every concealed element or replace statutory approvals, specialist testing or sign-off by the responsible professional. Where Poco Construct is the contractor, the group relationship is disclosed.

An initial package can cover up to three agreed buildings: aerial roof and elevation imagery, annotated visible observations and one consolidated report to inform further investigation and maintenance planning.

Drone work is subject to site assessment, weather, airspace permissions and the applicable operating requirements. Filming and interviews are arranged with the necessary site permissions and participant consent.
